In this leadership role, your focus will be on supporting the expansion of the firm’s water/wastewater practice in Northern Virginia. You will be providing technical guidance, mentoring junior staff members, overseeing QA/QC, and participating in business development and client management activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s of Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in civil/water/wastewater engineering and project management
- PE registration
- Experience working with municipalities
- Outstanding communications skills and the ability to mentor junior staff
- Ability to articulate ideas visually and contextually
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Water distribution and wastewater collection systems, including pipeline rehabilitation
- Water treatment facilities, including advanced membrane systems
- Small to medium sized pump stations
- Reclaimed water facilities and systems
- Reclaimed water master planning and asset management
