Qualifications needed include:

- At least 10 years of experience in engineering, focused in land development
- Proven ability to manage projects and keep them within budget and schedules
- Ability and desire to manage and mentor junior level staff
- Successful track record of assisting leadership with client development and management
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
