Senior Engineer
Lead and manage engineering projects and teams, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with regulations. Supervise and mentor staff, oversee complex projects, and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Key Duties:
- Oversee engineering projects and studies.
- Supervise and train engineering staff.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
- Liaise with developers, contractors, and the public.
- Administer contracts and resolve field issues.
- Review and approve engineering designs and plans.
- Coordinate activities with other departments and agencies.
- Conduct special engineering studies and prepare reports.
- Serve as a technical expert to various commissions and boards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
- 4+ years of civil engineering experience.
- Supervisory experience.
- CA Professional Engineer license (or within 6 months).
- Valid CA driver’s license.
