Requirements/Preferences
- 2-7 years of experience in Boundary Survey Research and Calculations
- Knowledge of ALTA/ACSM requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D for calculations
- L.S.I.T. and/or P.L.S., or on track to get LSIT (ready to take the exam)
- Must be able to write Legal Descriptions
- FEMA Elevation Certifications
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
